COVID-19 Update – April 28, 2020

Thanks to the great support from our families, Summit Kids Academy remains open!

Our teachers are grateful that in these times they are able to work with your children whether in class or virtually on Zoom and remain focused on implementing their lesson plans daily. Our administrative staff is focused on implementing all CDC and Palm Beach County Health Department guidelines that allow us to operate in the safest conditions possible.

It has been great to speak to many of you on the phone over the past week and hear how you all are doing. While there is talk about resuming widespread activity in the country and in our state, the truth is we will probably be operating this way for a while longer.  We hope and pray that we will return to a sense of normalcy soon with many of you returning to work and being able to visit friends and family. Until that times comes, Summit will continue to operate under the guidelines established and will modify procedures are required.

For those children not attending, we hope that you are able to join the zoom classes which we will continue and plan to add other zoom activities over the next weeks. We will also continue to offer families not attending to pay the reduced tuition of 50% throughout the month of May. Your support is what is keeping us open and will allow us to remain a strong, high quality childcare with a passionate, caring team of childcare professionals when this crisis is over. For those families already paying the reduced tuition, there is no further action needed at this time. Please contact Ms. Fran directly if you need to make changes to your tuition rate or enrollment status.

We will work with all families to support you in whatever way we can throughout this crisis and beyond.

Should you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Stay strong, stay positive and stay safe!
