Our staff is comprised of individuals with an intrinsic gift of working with children.
We are committed to hiring only the most qualified educators to lead our classrooms. All staff is hired based on references, education, experience, and state, local, and FBI background checks. All lead teachers hold college degrees or a CDA with plans for continuing their education in the Early Childhood field.
Teacher’s assistants hold a minimum of the state required 40-hour childcare certificate, and also have plans for furthering their education. All teachers are required to complete continuing education classes yearly.
